I should be humming Peter Cottontail...

But it's "Przybieżeli do Betlejem" that's running through my head.
Debbie and Amy are staying with us this weekend to record and I'm hosting my sister-in-law's family for Easter dinner.

Katie is down for a nap and I should use the quiet time to go make the lamb cake.

And it's snowing.
I heard on the radio this morning that Easter hasn't been this early since 1913.

I want spring.

Sigh!

I'm with you, kiddo. I love snow, but I'm way over it at this point.

Easter isn't early... the rest of the year is just late.

Down here we have summer; I could ship you some liquid water.

It's a nice, comfortable mid-70s temperature. About what I find ideal.

Of course, it won't last.

In the meantime, I drained the pool filter, re-installed the baskets, and will be starting to kill the algae over the weekend, as the pool is about swimming temperature.

Nope, here it's worse. Whenever a weather pattern comes to us from you too quickly, it doesn't get seasoned correctly, or something. (No pun wasn't intended, but if you like I'll pretend it was.)

We're supposed to get as much as 8-12 inches.

On the other hand, I have no where to go all weekend. I have all the grocery supplies I need until this all melts beginning of next week. Someone will be along to plow my driveway sometime tomorrow. And I'm not ready for spring, yet.

I don't have time for spring, yet.

So, I'm not complaining. I'm just saying.
