I assume they don’t mean my brother with whom I shared a room when I was six or so and My Grandfather was living with us.
College roommate was Nanette, who saw Sheep.

The first time I got really drunk and barfed and all was Rum. In coke. Despite that, Rum‘n Diet is still one of my favorite drinks.

For Money? I was a housewife. My working mother decided it was more time efficient for her if she gave me pocket money to clean the house than do it herself and let me have a job.
Finally in college I spent a summer working as an aid in the activity program at the Retirement home my mother worked at.

5. What was your first car?
1973 AMC Hornet hatchback. It had been my father’s and had seen some hard use. The Shocks squeaked like bedsprings.

I was 6 or 7 . It was my maternal grandfather, the one that lived with us for a while.

11. Who was your first Best Friend and are you still friends?
Lee Ann Szyska, the girl down the street. Tragically she lost a battle with a brain tumor some years ago.

12. Where was your first sleepover?

13. Who is the first person you call when you have a problem?
Roper, unless I think he’s going to be mad at me.

Stood up to my brother’s wedding in peach polyester, October 2, 1976.

20. First crush?
Tommy Teffer, Kindergarten. I was devastated when his family moved to Australia.

21. First real love?
Once again, depends on definitions.
Political correctness requires me to say the first guy I married.
But if we’re talking makes-me-dizzy-when-he-smiles-and-tears-my-heart-out-when-we’re-apart,

I must have missed something. Where did these questions come from? For the benefit of people who don't know me, I'm the brother you mention.

Lee Anne Szyska died in 1993. I fashioned myself in love with her in the summer of 1967, but she freaked and sort of handed me off to one of her girlfriends that fall--but you knew that. The two families were pretty thick back then. Lee was a helluva writer. Wish she had pursued it.

The spelling of your first grade teacher was "Anysia"--from a fourth century martyr:

"She was a wealthy woman of Salonika, in Thessaly, who used her personal funds to aid the poor. A soldier accosted her in the street and tried to drag her to a pagan sacrifice. Anysia resisted and was killed when the soldier attacked her with his sword." (From Catholic Online.)

I don't know if you knew this, but I have a family photo from 1974 on my photo gallery that includes you and John the Italian Octopus. This narrows down the date on the photo, which I didn't know with any accuracy. I actually remember him. He was a piece of work, fersure. (Then again, so was I, heh.)

Ok, it's a thing that floats around Live Journal. People start them and they propagate through your Friends list.
That picture was taken at a party at Cousin Rose's. Maybe Rene's First Communion. I'm 10 years older that she is. If I was 17 then she was 7 which is the right age and time of year.
I had no clue how to spell Anysia so I went looking for the only other Anissa I knew of which was Buffy on Family Affair.

It's Sad, really, considering our relative ages, that my first car was a model 3 years older that YOUR first car.
