What's Your Beef?...

Roper went to a Windycon meeting tonight. Just to get the girls out of the house I piled them in the van and we went to Portillo's to pick up dinner. Portillo's started as a hot dog stand, but they feature Italian Beef. This seems to be a Chicago thing, thinly sliced beef simmered in garlic, peppers and onions and served on french rolls with the au jus.
It got me thinking. Last week poltr1 wrote about beef on weck, Buffalo's beef sandwich. Everybody's heard of the Philly cheese steak.

So, what other sliced beef sandwiches should I know about?
