Just Venting, no cause for alarm...

It's three days before the convention I am chairing is to begin.
The Hotel is having issues due to the cold. (The Water Park is frozen shut so to speak.)
I have a boatload of laundry, packing and pick-up-and-put-away to do.
I have to contact all the dealers with special cold weather load-in instructions.
I have shopping I need to do and I will not take the baby out in this cold.
I have to write opening ceremonies.

And today Katie has decided that she should exercise her lungs.
She has spent the morning either eating or screaming.
She is clean and dry. She has had a bottle and has refused more.
She is not running a fever. She is bundled in a blanket and does not seem to be cold.

I don't know what to do. So I am having a cup of tea, doing my computer work and bouncing the bouncy seat with my foot.
It will be a wonderful convention.
I have a (mostly) wonderful committee.
Things will get done.

But when the baby is crying and I don't know why so I can't fix it, it makes me cry, too.
