Bedtime Update...

It has been about a week since Katie's last bedtime bottle. There was whining the first couple of nights, but since then she has been going to bed with a sippy cup of warm water next to her bed.
The water was her request. I'm totally OK with it as water is better for her teeth than milk or juice or formula.

So that battle was a non-issue. If only bed time weren't quite so, um, aerobic.
