Monday afternoon I went down into the basement at work looking for paperwork on a closed account. I lifted a box that was too heavy and strained something in my right arm.

It hurts if I try to straighten it out all the way and if I try to bend it all the way.
In the middle, it's OK.

Putting in my right contact is an adventure. Pinning up my hair is difficult.

Eating? That I can do with my left hand.

You just never notice which tasks take which movements until you can't do some of them.

Owww... :-(

My tennis elbow and I empathize with you. Hurt arms are no fun at all!

Ooh, damn, yeah. I noticed that with my recent eye troubles ... And as the popular 90's talking blues philosophy song went, "be gentle with your knees, you'll miss them when they're gone ..."

If it's not better in three days, see a doctor. That's a lesson qtrhorserider knows well.

my left knee is sort of like that - better under weight or bent a bit if no weight on it. The orthopod said it was a meniscal tear - I wonder if there is an equivalent in the elbow?
